Tom Wolf — Chairman & CEO
A sixth generation leader of the WOLF enterprise, Tom lends exceptional leadership and management expertise to the growth and profitability of WOLF. With multiple degrees from Dartmouth College, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and the University of London, his perspective is both pragmatic and visionary. Multiple non-profit organizations in York and surrounding communities are the beneficiaries of Tom’s generosity of time, talent and financial resources.

Ron Blevins — Vice Chairman & Treasurer
Ron Blevins has spent over 30 years with WOLF, starting as assistant controller and ascending to Vice Chair and Treasurer. As a certified public accountant, Ron has a solid background in finance and has spearheaded the organization’s conversion to the SAP system. Ron belongs to numerous professional groups and is active in the community, serving as a board member and treasurer on many non-profit organizations.

Dave Confer — Vice Chairman & General Counsel
Dave has spent over 30 years with WOLF lending his legal counsel and leadership abilities to all aspects of the company. A graduate of Penn State University, Dave received his law degree from Dickinson School of Law and was admitted to practice in both the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and the US Supreme Court. Before joining WOLF, Dave served in state and municipal positions. He is a member of the Pennsylvania and York County Bar Associations, the York County Bar Foundation and former member of the House of Delegates, Pennsylvania Bar Association. Dave is also very active in the community, committing his service to many public and non-profit organizations.

Craig Danielson — President
Craig has been at the center of WOLF's success for over 15 years. Craig has held various positions with WOLF, including Sales Representative, Regional Sales Manager, Vice President and Senior Vice President. He is involved with NAW, NBMDA and Principia Partners Decking Industry Council. Craig is also active in the community as a member of the fund raising committee of St. Magdalene’s Church.

Brad Kostelich — Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer
Brad Kostelich, a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, has spent over 16 years with WOLF. Brad has held positions of General Manager, Director of Business Development, Vice President of Operations, and Senior Vice President of Business Process and Technology before being named to his present position. Brad is a member of the board of YWCA-York, a community non-profit organization.

James Groff — Executive Vice President & Chief Marketing Officer
With over 20 years of business-to-business marketing experience that includes research, planning, public relations and brand management, Jim is a valuable asset to the success of WOLF, as well as dozens of other regional firms served by Baublitz Advertising. Jim is a regular speaker and author within the building industry, and has been an active board member of the Red Cross of York County, the YMCA and the York Blind Center.

Michael Newsome — Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer
A 1975 graduate of Lafayette College, Michael brings to WOLF over 30 years of financial management experience with some of Central Pennsylvania’s leading firms. He is also very active in the community, lending his financial guidance to various non-profit organizations, including the York County Community Foundation, York County Heritage Trust, Penn State-York, the Strand Capitol Performing Arts Center and the South George Street Community Partnership.

Barry Graboski — Senior Vice President of Sales & Market Development
Barry has a wealth of experience selling in-home products. After tenures in Allentown and Philadelphia as a Sales Manager and General Manager, Barry came to WOLF nearly 20 years ago as Floor Covering Sales Manager, and quickly moved to General Manager of Wolf-York. Later Barry was named Regional Kitchen Sales Manager. He is active within the industry and is a member of the Susquehanna Valley Kitchen & Bath Association.

Joe Facini — Senior Vice President of Logistics
A Penn State graduate with a BS in Marketing, Joe Facini has spent his entire career with WOLF, starting in sales as a Merchandise Servicer, and rising through the ranks into Sales Management, Operations Management and eventually to Senior Vice President of Logistics. Joe’s experience in both the sales and the operations arenas provides him with a clear understanding of the logistical requirements to satisfy customer needs and maintain efficiencies. Joe is active in trade organizations and is a member of NAW, WERC, and CSCMP.

Robert Lett, Sr. — Vice President of National Sales & Market Development
Bob started with WOLF in 1983 as a Customer Service Representative. He quickly learned the fine art of selling and satisfying the customer firsthand as a merchandiser and outside sales consultant. In 1996, Bob put his talent for sales and marketing into the building products side of WOLF, eventually rising to Vice President of Sales & Marketing within the Building Products Division. Bob is active with several trade associations and is a member of the NBMDA and NADRA.

Dominick Pileggi, III —
Dom joined WOLF in 1999 after nearly 25 years in his family’s building materials business. With both undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Maryland, Dom quickly worked his way from Sales Consultant and Regional Sales Manager to his current position. Dom is active in his church as well as NARI and the Principia Partners Decking Industry Council. In his spare time, he serves as coach of the Baltimore Raven’s cheerleading squad.

Patricia Cobaugh — Vice President of Support Services
Patricia has been with WOLF for over 15 years. Starting with the company as Office Manager and Customer Service Representative, Patricia was soon named to management positions at Wolf. On the heels of her success with WOLF, she was appointed Wolf’s Director of Business Development and later Vice President of Business Development, before assuming her current responsibilities.

Adam Hofschild — Vice President of Supply Chain
Adam Hofschild, a graduate of Kutztown University, joined WOLF in 2000. Adam began his tenure with Wolf utilizing his computer and organizational skills as a Purchasing Manager, then as Director of Support Services. Previously, Adam spent 25 years in the building materials industry, including positions as warehouse support, sales, and purchasing. Adam is an active member of the CSCMP (Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals).
