Citrix Login
Instructions
1. To access Citrix click on the following link https://remote.wolforg.net. You can also get to Citrix by going to www.wolfleader.com.
a.
If you do not have a Citrix web client installed
you’ll notice a
symbol next to Messages. If you do not have this symbol please continue
to step 2.

b. Click on the Messages tab
c. Click on “Click here to obtain a client”

d. Put a check mark in the box and then click Download

e. Click Run

f. Click Run

g. Click Ok

h. Please continue to step 2
2. Please enter your Username / Password and then click on Log On

a.
If there is a newer version of the Citrix web
client you will notice a
symbol next to Messages. If you do
not have this symbol please continue to step 3.

b. Click on the Messages tab
c. Click on “Click here to obtain a client”

d. Put a check mark in the box and then click Download

e. Click Run

f. Click Run

g. Click Ok

h. Please continue to step 3
3. Click on the Corporate Desktop icon

a. Your profile will be created and you will now see your new Citrix desktop

Information
1. To configure Outlook please go to Start, Programs, Microsoft Office, and click on Microsoft Office Outlook 2007

a. Click Next

b. Keep the default settings and click Next

c. Your Username and E-mail Address should populate automatically. Please verify it is correct and click Next.

d. Click Finish

e. Keep the default setting and click OK

** You will need to recreate your auto signature and any custom Outlook views **
2. To view your network drives please click on the Computer icon located on your Citrix desktop

3. If you saved any desktop shortcuts from the previous version of Citrix you will need to copy these to your new desktop. Note: Please only keep shortcuts on your Citrix desktop (do not save any documents). To create a shortcut for an installed Citrix program click on Start, Programs, right click on Program Name, click Send To, and click Desktop (create shortcut).

4. A new version of Microsoft Office is installed on Citrix. For an overview of the new version please reference the following document S:\Citrix\Office 2007\A First Look at the 2007 Microsoft Office.pdf
5. When you log off of Citrix do not click on the black x in the top right hand corner of your Citrix session. Please click Start and then click Log Off.

6. If your password has expired you will be notified as soon as you log in to Citrix and will be prompted to change it. You will need to enter your old password, enter your new password, confirm your new password, and then click OK

a. You can also change your password before it expires. At the Citrix logon screen enter your Username / Password and click Log On.

b. Click the Change Password option located at the bottom right of your screen.
